Mr. Kirkpatrick Riding Home with his Purse
Local boy Cole Kirkpatrick scored for the first time on Sunday as he won the Texas round of the AMA/FMF National Enduro Series. Cole thought the score worthy enough to fight with two others who also wished to score. Another local boy in the fight was Nick Brosovich who was the early leader and was in contention for the win until the fifth test where evil clowns laid a trap and caused him to crash. 2006 series champ Russell Bobbit was the third man who wished to score and but could not get it done. He ended up third but did take over the point lead from Mike Lafferty who is home recovering from injuries sustained while doing the hokey pokey.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I really don’t think you can make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that looking at the prize he got, someone should ask Cole that question.
