Hey readers, check out this letter I gottoday, Al sent it out to his Vinduro mailinglist, but I thought every one would enjoythe praise our last couple of issues havegotten.Yes, Al may be a little biased, he does havea story coming up in the next issue, but hewould not lie to you,a perfect stranger, well a stranger any how. Thanks and click on subscribeCharlie
Howdy folks, If you have not gotten your hands on a copy of the March issue of Trail Rider magazine, you need too! This particular issue should be entitled “The Vinduro Edition”. As if last months feature of Richard Yamane’s Mazilla was not enough, this month’s issue features Jeff DeBell’s outstanding article about the 11th Annual Leroy Winters Memorial ISDT Reunion Ride, featuring a bunch f great photos taken by Ed Chestnut, that is spread out over a whopping ix pages, beginning on Page 12. Then, on Page 28, Jeff’s behemoth Six Days BMW is featured in the second installment of the new “What’s in Yer Garage?” feature. If there was any oubt that Jeff is a manly man, this article will remove it…..or firmly onvince you that he is as warped as the rest of us! Finally, on Page 32, there is Charlie Williams new feature “20 Questions More or Less)”, featuring none other than “Young Ted” del Solar. I don’t know about you guys, but it is my humble opinion that Trail Rider magazine is getting better and better with every issue. Not only
does it have Ed Hertfelder’s “The Duct Tapes” as the final article of every issue, it now has Rick “Super Hunky” Sieman’s “Check Point” as well. If you’re not a Trail Rider subscriber, it’s an easy problem to remedy. Simply go to: http://www.repairmanual.com/catalog/trailrider If you only want to purchase a particular issue of the magazine, rather than subscribing, go to: http://www.repairmanual.com/items/80 My hat’s off to Paul Clipper, Charlie Williams, and all of the crew at Trail Rider a job well done in continuously improving a great publication for trail riders, by trail riders! Oh, by the way, keep an eye on upcoming issues for my articles on the inaugural Broxton Bridge Dual Sport Ride, and, hopefully, the inaugural Black Bear Dual Sport Ride. I’m trying to come up with something good for “What’s in Yer Garage?” too. Happy trails, Al
Gee Thanks Al, we appreciate all the kind words, we
don’t get nearly enough letters, but yours more than
makes up for it.
Charlie
