Monkey talks Smack Facts

May 1st, 2008 · 3 Comments

Action finally begins in MN

psycho monkey in action (played by Nate Kanney, Team KTM)

After an off season that saw my Olympic athlete like body turn into a jelly filled doughnut, District 23 gets off and running with their first event of the season; the Monicello Hare Scrambles. The Norseman do a great job and from what I’ve heard this year shouldn’t be any different. The event, which has a mix of woods and enurocross sections, will be the beginning of Team Psycho Monkey Racing’s second year in action. I pussed out the first year and decided to do a year of learning in the C class before my expected dominance of B class this year. (The only people that expect me to dominate are the voices in my head telling me this!) So after much smack talking with my local racer friends we will be off to see how it all goes. Hopefully I can continue the smack in a race report for you all next week.

How irronic that you chose a picture of Nate. Just yesterday I recieved a call from the KTM management group who wanted to set up a meeting to discuss the final details of my contract to replace David Knight when he goes back to Europe.

Thats great, I have been approached by KTM to ride the Last Man Standing, if the deal closes (keep this under your hat) I am the one who has to tell Taddy Blazusiak that he is to pit for me.
